the paper of record in the once beautiful city of san francisco has seen a 16.4% drop in circulation.. this could be due to the fact many of the people in san francisco cannot read english.. or that they're living in the streets.. it is probably more related to the overall drop in newspaper circulation. this is largely based on the internet taking over - but also the mainstream public growing tired of the one-sided viewpoints given within their pages.. esp in this absurd paper.apparently in the home of the 9th circuit court of appeals the home town paper holds little appeal indeed.
